What gets verified

Loggers are calibrated by exposing them to known, stable conditions (temperature, and humidity where applicable) at several points and comparing their recorded values to a traceable reference. Because loggers are used unattended for long periods, stability and the accuracy of the recorded value — not just an instantaneous reading — are what matter.
