From 8.5-digit multimeters to microwave
The electrical lab calibrates across DC and low frequency into RF and microwave: bench and handheld multimeters, oscilloscopes, power supplies and sources, data acquisition systems, frequency counters, spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, and signal generators. Automation matters here — an RF instrument may need verification at dozens or hundreds of frequency and level combinations, and driving that manually is both slow and error-prone.
Because we run automated procedures against high-end reference standards, the certificate you get back has data at every point rather than a sampled subset, and turnaround stays predictable.
Gas flow for semiconductor process tools
For semiconductor and process equipment, our gas-flow bench is built around the Fluke molbloc/molbox laminar flow measurement system — the same class of reference used by flow standards labs. Six molbloc elements cover 50 SCCM through 2,500 SLPM full scale, with uncertainty of ±0.25% of reading from 10–100% of each element’s range. Mass flow controllers are calibrated with live setpoint control and error mapping, a capability few independent Southern California labs offer.
