Southern California customers use our free pickup and delivery routes; companies elsewhere in California ship instruments to Placentia and receive them back on a 7–10 business day standard turnaround, with expedited options when a line is down.

Send us your equipment list — manufacturer, model, serial, and any compliance regimes your customers reference — and we confirm scope, pricing, and turnaround within one to two business days. Pack and ship (we can advise on inbound shipping), we calibrate in our environmentally controlled labs, and your instruments come back with full certificates. Nothing is sub-contracted to another lab.

Identical. Every instrument is calibrated in the same A2LA-accredited Placentia lab under certificate 4296.01, whether it arrives by our pickup route or by freight from across the state.
